This Notice explains the personal data Investor Setu may process, why it is processed, how it may be shared, and the controls available to individuals.

• requirements and enquiry information relevant to a requested service;
• verification and account-security information;
• communication preferences and consent records;
• technical, usage and security information where reasonably necessary for operation, security or lawful administration.

Purposes may include providing requested services, responding to enquiries, verification, account/security administration, service facilitation, communications, AI-assisted functions where disclosed, fraud/security prevention, legal compliance and platform administration.

3. Sharing

Relevant information may be shared with another participant when necessary for a requested service and lawful. Service providers may process information for hosting, authentication, communication, mapping, security, analytics, technical support and other necessary functions. Investor Setu does not treat personal data as unrestricted commercial inventory.

Required service communications are distinguished from optional WhatsApp, email, AI-assisted and promotional choices. Withdrawal applies prospectively where consent is the basis, subject to lawful retention or other lawful processing.

Information may be retained as necessary for legal, contractual, security, fraud-prevention, audit, dispute and legitimate operational requirements. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used. Where a personal-data breach occurs, Investor Setu will take measures required by applicable law.

6. Rights and grievances

Individuals may exercise rights available under applicable law and may contact info@investorsetu.com. Reasonable verification may be requested before changing or disclosing personal data.

7. Children and international processing

Where child data is processed, statutory safeguards applicable at the relevant time will be followed. International processing or transfer will be subject to applicable law and government directions.

8. Minimum disclosure

Investor Setu will provide legally required transparency without publishing confidential database structures, hidden identifiers, matching mechanisms, proprietary scoring, internal prioritisation, security thresholds or confidential operational procedures.
